This system NEVER has filters to change and NEVER has any maintenance. It is the world’s largest ionizer and designed for the heaviest concentrations of chalk in gymnastic facilities or indoor rock climbing gyms. Best of all it does this without any filters so there are never any filters to clean or purchase. This powerful system will also handle airborne mat and carpet fibers and exfoliation particles from athletes. Our exclusive ion generation technology oppositely charges particulate so pollutants mass together and become too heavy and drop out of the breathing space to the floor for easy vacuum.
Our Severe Chalk Control System utilizes both negative (-) and positive (+) ions to address chalk in the worst of settings. Controlling negative to positive ions can be adjusted at the turn of a dial to suit a broad range of environmental conditions and needs. Ion distribution by the air movement of the fan is maximized using cowl-mounted ion needles. The system is placed in the path of the chalk and no facility in the world has ever required two (2) to address their chalk challenges.

Installation:
The System comes with a standard, three prong 120 VAC 60 Hz plug.
In most facilities, it is advisable to mount the system from the ceiling.
The System has four, 1/4 – 20 tapped holes in the top of the frame for suspension mounting, or it can be mounted on a TV stand rated at a 75 pound load.
To protect anyone passing under the System, it should be mounted with the bottom at least 15 feet from the floor.
The ceiling height should be at least 20 feet for the most effective distribution of ions. Mounting too close to the ceiling may reduce effectiveness.
